What I received upon my concerned email, was a such an incredible demonstration of outstanding customer service that is beyond anything that I ever experienced in business.
My delivery was bumped up to Express with no cost for me and included a personalised card, little gifts to make up for the delay and the owner contacted me twice to make sure I am aware of the delivery status and that I indeed receive my order. His emails showed clearly that this man cares for his business wants to make a difference!
That's so far just for the customer service. If any company would be at such a level of service, there would be no need for advertisement because I just run around at my company showing my colleagues the emails and sent them pictures of the beautifully packed delivery.
Now for the product - even looking at it, I am in love! Proudly display my bottle demonstrative at my desk at work to have my colleagues ask "Wow, where did you get this from!", ready to tell everyone the story behind the happy purchase.
It is great quality for a small price and keeps my tea hot for at least 2 hours. I couldn't check for longer because I usually finished my tea after that time frame.
I also immediately ordered the Glass Tea Infuser Bottle after I received my initial order (Bamboo Stainless Steel Tumbler).
Great business spirit, great quality, good for the environment and I am really happy that I invested my money into this little stylish piece of health asset.

Love the travel mug! Perfect size and keeps my coffee hot when travelling. Also looks great too, so many people have been asking about it.
The bottle is so aesthetic but also works so well. Will keep my tea hot for many hours; yet the exterior of the bottle will still be cool. It feels solid too, you can feel it’s good quality

Love how cold it keeps my water, very considered and is a practical use of materials. Honestly can say I will never buy another bottle again, why would I when I have a My Bamboo!!!

Well it’s okay, it can get a little to hot to hold, but it is very good looking and it keeps your beverage hot enough until you have finished. Packaging was exceptional as usual & communication again highly exceptional :) thank you
Looks great, quality seems excellent too. Keeps my coffee chilled all day long. Very happy with my purchase
Got one of these as a gift, have used it every single day at work for months ands it's fantastic!! Coffee stays warm for ages, really easy to clean and looks pretty awesome! Would defintiely recommend

Received MyBamboo bottle today, not only was this packaged extremely well, the whole experience from making this order was not only fast, but easy too, and efficient.
